Passports

NEW PROCEDURES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PASSPORTS APPLICATIONS WITH EFFECT 8TH FEBRUARY 2010

  • British Nationals applying for passports (either for the first time or renewing) can process their applications in two ways:

(a) by attending the  British Embassy, Manila

(b) sending the application by courier to the Embassy

  • Customers can NO LONGER submit their applications to the any of the Honorary Consuls in Subic, Angeles or Cebu

For those customers who plan to visit the embassy, please note that our times for accepting applications are from 8am-12 mid-day Monday to Friday. Please review the following links for details of our location, requirements (renewal or first time), and fees.

For customers who plan to send their application by courier to the British Embassy, Manila, please note that your new passport will be returned to you directly from Hong Kong. Please review the following above links for details on requirements and fees.  Failure to include all the supporting documents will result in the delay of sending your application to Hong Kong.

Includes: passport, certificates of non-impediment, birth registrations and consular assistance.

Collections: Monday-Thursday, 14:30-15:30
Includes: birth registrations and consular assistance.

Note: Passport application forms are available with the guards at the gate but completed forms should not be deposited with the guards.

Consular Visitors

Consular visitors are able to carry in handbags / small bags / briefcases with them. Larger bags and suitcases have to be left at the gatehouse.

All mobile phones should be checked in at the gatehouse. Visitors are advised that any stored telephone numbers they may require during the course of their visit should be noted down beforehand.
